PRIVACY POLICY 03

Privacy, clearly stated.

This notice explains how information may be handled when you visit this website, contact NickolaGames, or use a NickolaGames app that links to this policy.

Effective: October 10, 2026Contact: nickola780@163.com

Scope and responsibility

NickolaGames operates nickolagames.online and publishes apps that link to this policy. “We” and “our” refer to NickolaGames in this notice.

We are responsible for information we directly handle, such as support messages. Advertising partners may act as separate controllers or businesses for information they receive through their SDKs, and their own policies also apply. This is a publisher-level notice; the SDKs and settings active in a particular app may differ by app, platform, region, version, and your privacy choices.

Information that may be processed

Depending on the app and enabled advertising services, the following categories may be collected by us or our advertising partners:

  • Identifiers: advertising IDs, app-instance or device IDs, IP address, and similar identifiers.
  • Device and network details: device model, operating system, language, app and SDK version, network type, and connection data.
  • General location: country or region inferred from IP address. Precise location is included only if a particular app enables it and has the required permission or consent.
  • App and ad activity: app interactions, ad requests, impressions, views, clicks, installs, conversions, reward events, and frequency information.
  • Diagnostics: crash, error, performance, and fraud-prevention signals.
  • Privacy preferences: consent, opt-out, age-related, and App Tracking Transparency signals.
  • Support data: the email address, message, app name, device details, and attachments you choose to send.

Advertising partners may also receive data from exchanges, advertisers, or measurement providers, according to their own policies. We do not ask you to send passwords, payment-card numbers, government IDs, or unrelated sensitive information by email.

Advertising SDKs and partners

Apps that link here use the advertising stack listed below. A partner may collect device, identifier, activity, location-related, and diagnostic data for ad delivery, personalization where permitted, measurement, frequency control, optimization, and fraud prevention. The exact fields and uses depend on the SDK, configuration, region, and consent.

Partner links lead to the providers' own information. Each provider may change its policy, SDK, and available privacy controls.

Why data is used and legal bases

Information may be used to operate apps, deliver contextual or personalized ads where permitted, count and measure ad interactions, prevent fraud, improve reliability, honor privacy preferences, answer support requests, and comply with law.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis may be consent for personalized advertising or device access where required; legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention, limited measurement, and support; contract necessity to provide a requested service; or legal obligation. Consent can be withdrawn, and legitimate-interest processing can be objected to, subject to applicable law. We do not treat one legal basis as permission for every partner or purpose.

Consent and advertising choices

  • Where required, an app should present an in-app privacy or consent control before advertising SDKs process data requiring consent. Use that control to make or change your choice when available.
  • On iOS, Apple's App Tracking Transparency setting controls permission for tracking across companies' apps and websites. Declining tracking does not remove all ads.
  • On Android, device settings let you manage or reset advertising identifiers and other ad privacy settings.
  • Use partner privacy and opt-out links above for choices each partner controls.
  • Email nickola780@163.com with “Privacy Request” or “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line to ask us to apply a choice we control.

Available controls differ by app, platform, region, SDK version, and whether the relevant ad service is active.

Disclosure and retention

Information may be disclosed to the advertising partners above and their mediation, exchange, measurement, security, and service providers; app stores and hosting providers where needed to operate our services; advisers or authorities where law requires; or a successor in a lawful business transfer.

We do not sell personal information for money. Disclosure for personalized or cross-context behavioral advertising can still count as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state laws. We retain support messages only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Advertising partners control their own retention periods under their policies. We do not claim one uniform retention period for every SDK.

International transfers

NickolaGames and its partners may process information outside your country, including where the providers operate. Where required for EEA, UK, or Swiss personal data, relevant parties use an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. Partner policies explain their own transfer arrangements.

EEA, UK, and similar privacy rights

Subject to the law and applicable exceptions, you may request information and access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent, object to direct marketing, and seek safeguards or human review for certain solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Send requests about information we control to nickola780@163.com. We may ask for limited information to verify identity and locate records. For information independently controlled by an ad partner, you may also contact that partner through its policy links. You may complain to the data protection authority where you live, work, or believe a violation occurred.

California privacy notice — CCPA/CPRA

For California residents, this section describes categories that may have been collected or disclosed during the preceding 12 months through apps linking to this policy, if those apps used the relevant advertising services: identifiers; internet or app activity; approximate geolocation; commercial or ad-conversion events; inferences about ad interests; and support correspondence. Sources include your device, app interactions, privacy choices, advertising partners, and messages you send. The purposes and recipient categories are described above. Actual activity in a specific app depends on its release history and configuration.

Sale, sharing, and your choices

We do not sell information for money. Sharing device or activity data for cross-context behavioral advertising may be a “sale” or “sharing” under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. You can request an opt-out using an available in-app privacy control, partner controls, or by emailing nickola780@163.com with “Do Not Sell or Share” in the subject line. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of users under 16. Where applicable, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals as required by law and supported by the app and its partners.

California rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to know or access categories and specific pieces of information, sources, purposes, and recipients; delete information; correct inaccuracies; opt out of sale or sharing; and limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not intentionally use sensitive information to infer characteristics about you. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. You or an authorized agent can submit a request by email; we may verify identity and the agent's authority using only information reasonably needed for that purpose.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Email nickola780@163.com with that subject line. Include the app name and region, and avoid sending sensitive documents unless we specifically request them through a secure method.

Children's privacy

This company website is intended for a general audience. The age audience and advertising settings of each app must be assessed for that app. We do not knowingly use information from children for personalized cross-app advertising. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through support, email us so we can review and delete it where required.

Website visits, security, and changes

This static website has no NickolaGames advertising script, analytics tag, account registration, or contact form. GitHub Pages may process technical request and security data under GitHub's privacy statement. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include.

We use reasonable measures to protect information we control, but no system is completely secure. We may update this policy when an app, SDK, practice, or legal requirement changes. The effective date above shows the current version; material changes will be communicated when required.
